This is typically how we work with clients for residential and commercial design projects. From full renovations to single room refreshes to landscapes, our Luxury Design + Build package can accommodate the design needs of almost any home or commercial space. It all starts with understanding your unique needs, then creating a one-of-a-kind custom glam concept just for you. Remodels are complex, with hundreds of details. Our team will coordinate the entire process needed to bring your new space to life, from design concept through installation, keeping the stress off of you every step of the way.

Design fees are calculated based on scope of work and are presented before work begins on the design concept.

VIP CONSULTING

Do you want an expert designer to bounce ideas or help you glam up your space? We can be that resource for you. This flexible service can be applied to almost any aspect or phase of your project. For example, we can help you plan your space, go shopping for furnishings and materials, choose paint colors, and much much more. This service is perfect for someone who is able to take our guidance, then manage the details and implementation. Otherwise, we recommend our Luxury Design + Build service.
